About the Role:
At Vironxn, our Mechanical Design Engineers are at the heart of innovation. This role focuses on designing, developing, and improving components and systems that power our advanced fuel optimization and emission control technologies. You’ll work closely with our R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to turn ideas into high-performance, sustainable solutions used across automotive, marine, and aviation transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components for Vironxn devices, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
Conduct 3D modeling, simulations, and prototype testing to validate performance under real-world conditions.
Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electronic systems.
Improve existing designs for enhanced durability, reduced cost, and easier manufacturing.
Support production teams with technical documentation, material selection, and process optimization.
Participate in field testing and performance analysis to ensure continuous product improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in product or mechanical design — preferably within automotive or industrial technology sectors.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
