About the Role

As a Product Manager for Transport Solutions, you’ll be responsible for guiding innovative products from concept to market — bridging the gap between engineering, business, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle — from concept development and design to launch and post-market evaluation.

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with Vironxn’s innovation and sustainability goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, marketing, and operations.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the global transport sector.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and performance goals to ensure successful project delivery.

• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and enhance user experience.

• Support marketing and sales efforts by providing product insights, training, and technical support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Product Design.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in product management or project leadership (preferably in automotive, energy, or technology sectors).

• Strong understanding of transport technologies, emission control systems, and IoT-based solutions.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to balance technical understanding with business strategy.

• Experience using Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
